Ingredients:
- 16-ounce bag frozen hashbrowns
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 to 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
- In a large skillet, fry hashbrowns and onion in oil until golden.
- Press potato mixture into a greased 9" deep-dish glass pie plate.
- Blend eggs with cheese and pour into crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 35 minutes until set.
- Makes 8 servings
