Ingredients:
- 2, eight and-a-half ounce packages corn muffin mix
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
- Prepare muffin mix according to package directions; stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a greased 13"x9" baking dish; bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees Farenheit or until golden
- Makes 9 to 12 servings
